Integrations overview: what connects to what

The supported connections, per-plan limits, connection states, and what we do NOT support.

Updated: 16 October 20263 min read

Short answer

Pagioo connects in four directions: to a WordPress site, to any other system through a fully configurable custom API connection, to Facebook and Instagram business accounts, and to LinkedIn. On the Scale plan a public API and webhooks are also available, letting you wire Pagioo's events into your own processes. Every connection walks through its own states, so an expired authorisation does not go unnoticed.

What is supported?

The Integrations page with two cards. On the left the Social accounts card with three connected accounts — a Facebook page, an Instagram account and a LinkedIn page, each marked “Default” and with a remove button — and under them the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connect buttons. On the right the Websites card with a Connect button, holding one connected WordPress site with its address, a “Not yet synced” state, and the Taxonomy sync, Edit and remove actions.
The Integrations page keeps a separate card for social accounts and for websites. A website can be WordPress or a custom API endpoint; every connection shows its state. The screenshots show the Hungarian interface; the app's language is a setting, and it can be switched to English.

Connections live per brand

Each brand connects to its own website and its own social accounts, and connections are not inherited by a new brand. In agency work that is fundamental: one client's content cannot reach another client's channel.

Does Pagioo ask for my social media password?

No. Platform connections are made through an authorisation flow, and you can break the connection at any time in Pagioo's settings.

What happens if I disconnect?

Content already published stays on the target channel. Future publishes scheduled to that channel will fail.

How many channels can I connect?

Up to your plan's limits. Websites: Free 0, Starter 1, Growth 5, Scale 20. Social accounts: Free 2, Starter 6, Growth 20, Scale 60.
