Pagioo terms
- Brand brief (brief)
- The brand profile: target audience, offer, communication goal, topics, tone and forbidden phrases. This is the standing context of every piece of generated content. See: Filling in the brand brief.
- Brand voice
- A writing style tuned from your own text samples: how you address the reader, sentence rhythm, how technical the language is. Available from the Starter plan.
- Readiness
- How much real information the system has received about your brand — brief, brand-voice samples, source material. This explains the quality of the generated content.
- Source material
- A document, PDF, text, image or video uploaded about your brand, from which the system draws facts for the content.
- Content plan (plan)
- The list of selected topics, in order and with dates. Producing one costs 10 AI credits.
- Run
- The process in which the content is actually produced from the plan. One run at a time per brand.
- Autopilot
- A repeating, self-running content run on the rhythm you set. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly on Starter; daily as well on Growth and Scale.
- Campaign
- A narrative arc of several pieces of content organised around one shared business goal, each building on the last. On Growth and Scale.
- AI credit
- Pagioo's internal unit of account. Text 1, image 5, plan 10 credits. Manual editing and publishing consume no credits.
- Writing assistant
- The AI conversation attached to an article: you describe in one sentence what should be different, you see the suggestion as a difference (a diff), and you decide whether it goes in.
- Approval workflow
- The setting under which content cannot go live without a human decision. On Growth and Scale.
- Shareable review link
- An address with which a client can look at the content and give feedback without a Pagioo account. On Growth and Scale.
- Planning window
- How far ahead you can place content in the calendar: Free 3, Starter 14, Growth 30, Scale 90 days.
- White-label output
- Your own branding on the supported client-facing surfaces and reports. On the Scale plan.
- Thumbnail
- A smaller version cropped from the article's header image, used in lists and when sharing. Not a separately generated image.
Content marketing and SEO terms
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- The work whose aim is for your website to appear higher among search results.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- The work whose aim is for your brand or your content to appear in a generative AI system's answer. See: GEO: visibility in AI answers.
- AI probe
- Putting a specific question to an AI system to check whether the company or website under examination appears in the answer.
- Meta title and meta description
- The title and short description that appear in a search result. Not the same as the article's title and introduction; they are edited separately.
- Alt text
- The written description of an image: this is what screen readers read out, and what search engines read.
- Content pillar
- A larger topic area around which several pieces of content are organised. Performance can be filtered by pillar in analytics.
- Content gap
- A question or topic that people search for in your field but you have no content about. SEO/GEO research lists these too.
- Topic overlap
- When a new topic is too close to content you have already produced. The system warns about it, because duplicate content works against your own site.
- llms.txt
- A text file placed at a website's root that summarises concisely what the site offers, so AI systems interpret it more accurately.
- Structured data (schema.org)
- Machine-readable supplementary information about a page's content, which search engines and AI systems can make use of.
What is the difference between a plan and a run?
A plan is the list of selected topics with order and dates; a run is the process that actually produces content from it. Producing the plan costs 10 credits, and in the run each article costs 1 credits for the text and 5 for the image.
Autopilot or Autopilóta — which is right?
They are the same. In the Hungarian Studio the tab is called Autopilóta; on the pricing page and in this knowledge base we refer to it as Autopilot.
What is the difference between the SEO score and the GEO score?
The SEO feedback examines a single piece of content while you edit it (title, meta description, subheadings, internal links, alt text). The GEO score indicates how far you appear in AI answers, based on the questions examined. Both are decision-support signals based on Pagioo's own methodology, not official rankings.
What counts as “your own” source material?
Anything you are entitled to upload that is about your brand: a product description, a price list, a case study, frequently asked questions, a webinar, a presentation. At upload you also have to confirm that entitlement separately.
What does “custom API” mean?
The second type of website connection alongside WordPress: an endpoint you specify, to which Pagioo sends the article, with fully configurable field mapping. This is outbound publishing — not the same as the Scale plan's public API, which is its opposite.
