Troubleshooting
Stalled generation, failed publishing, a missing image — what to check, and in what order.
4 articles in this topic.
Short answer
Most hold-ups have one of four causes, and this is the order worth checking them in: there is no approved brief, credits have run out, another run is already going on the same brand, or a channel connection has expired. A failed step does not cost credits, and content is never lost. For publishing errors, always fix the connection first and retry afterwards — the other way round, every attempt fails the same way.

Do I lose credits when generation stalls?
No, a failed step costs nothing. If you see otherwise, tell us the time of the run.
How long is a generation supposed to take?
Usually a few minutes. A large run, many images or slower provider response times can stretch it. If nothing changes after half an hour, it is worth reporting.
Publishing says it succeeded but I cannot find the content. What happened?
Either it arrived in draft state in the target system, or the confirmation did not come back. Check the target system — and do not publish again, or you will end up with two copies.
Where do I get help if none of this works?
Through the contact form. Send the brand name, the time of the operation and the exact error message — those three make the cause fastest to find.
Try it with your own brand.
