Editing and approval

The editor, the Writing assistant, the SEO score, versions, comments and the approval flow.

Short answer

Generated content is a draft: in the editor the title, body, metadata, image and the attached posts are all editable, and every save is kept as a version. The Writing assistant rewrites a passage from a single sentence of instruction and shows you the difference before anything changes; the SEO feedback flags gaps while you edit. From the Growth plan you also get a formal approval flow and a shareable review link for clients.

Frequently asked — Editing and approval

These questions are about the whole topic; the detail is in the articles.

Does it matter whether I edit inside Pagioo?

It does: the system learns your brand voice from your manual edits. Edits made in an outside editor are invisible to it.

Rewrite or regenerate?

Rewrite. A targeted rewrite costs 1 credit, while regenerating the article costs the full price — and throws away the parts that were already good.

Can I go back to an earlier version?

Yes, every save is kept and any of them can be restored. The restore is itself a version, so it can be undone too.

Does my client need a Pagioo account to approve content?

No. A shareable review link lets them read the content and respond without an account. Available on Growth and Scale.
