Short answer
Producing your first piece of content in Pagioo takes three steps: create an account, fill in and approve the brand brief, then start a run in the Studio. The brief matters most — without it the system has nothing specific to work from and writes generic copy. No card is required: the Free plan gives 60 AI credits a month, and one article body costs 1 credit.

These questions are about the whole topic; the detail is in the articles.
How long until I have a working content process?
The brief takes 15–30 minutes and the first article a few minutes after that. Setting up a self-running weekly rhythm — brief, source material, channels, Autopilot — usually takes an hour or two in total.
What is the one step I should not skip?
Filling in and approving the brand brief. Most disappointment comes from generating straight away: the system then works from assumptions, and assumptions read as copy that could be about anyone.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The Free plan is 0 €, starts without a card, and never switches to a paid plan on its own.
Why does my colleague see a different menu?
Because the menu follows your role and the brand's state: Brief disappears once approved, Readiness shows only while something is outstanding, and Billing and Invite appear only for the organisation owner.
Try it with your own brand.
The Free plan starts with no card, and it is enough to produce your first pieces of content.
