Brand and source material

The brand brief, your brand voice and your own documents — this is what makes the content yours.

Short answer

Content quality is decided less by the model than by how much true, specific information sits behind it. Three things supply that: the brand brief (who, what, in which tone, and what never), the brand voice (learned from samples of your own writing) and your source material (documents, PDFs, images, video it can take facts from). Uploading and organising material is free on every plan; continuous AI processing starts at Starter.

Frequently asked — Brand and source material

These questions are about the whole topic; the detail is in the articles.

Why does my generated copy read as generic?

Almost always because the brief is thin or there is no uploaded source material. Regenerating with the same input produces the same kind of output — the input is what has to change.

How much source material is enough?

Your service description, your pricing logic, your FAQs and one or two case studies give the biggest jump. After that the returns flatten out.

Does my uploaded document get copied into the article word for word?

No. The system uses it as factual grounding, not as a block of text to paste. If you want a literal quote, you write it in and check it yourself.

Does every brand have its own brief?

Yes. Each brand has its own brief, voice, source material, calendar and channel connections.

Try it with your own brand.
