Short answer
An AI credit is Pagioo's internal unit of account: a text operation costs 1 credit, an AI image 5, a content plan 10. Your plan grants a monthly allowance — Free 60, Starter 600, Growth 3,000, Scale 10,000 — and you can top up if it runs out; purchased credits are valid for 90 days. Manual editing, scheduling and publishing cost nothing.

What happens when I run out of credits?
AI operations do not start and Autopilot skips its run. You get a notification, and no debt is created: there is no automatic charge.
Does unused monthly allowance carry over?
The plan's monthly allowance belongs to that month. Separately purchased top-up credits are valid for 90 days.
What usually prompts a plan change?
Usually a feature rather than the credits: website publishing (Starter), approval and LinkedIn (Growth), API and white-label (Scale).
Is there a refund option?
