What is separate per brand?
- Brief and brand voice — each brand has its own audience, offer and tone.
- Source material — one client's document never reaches another brand's content.
- Content and calendar — separate scheduling, separate approval flow.
- Channel connections — each brand connects to its own WordPress site and social accounts.
- Analytics — performance figures are read per brand.
Creating a new brand
Open the brand switcher
At the top of the left-hand menu, next to the current brand's name.
Choose New brand
If you have reached your plan's brand limit, the system says so here and offers an upgrade.
Fill in the new brand's brief
A new brand starts from an empty profile. Without the brief its content will be generic too.
Connect the channels
Channel connections are not inherited: a new brand needs its WordPress site and social accounts connected separately.
Can I move content from one brand to another?
Content belongs to its brand and deliberately does not travel — that is the point of the separation. If the same topic is needed for several brands, generate it separately so the voice is right for each.
What happens to my brands if I move to a smaller plan?
Existing brands are not deleted, but above the limit the system can restrict new content production. Before downgrading it is worth reviewing which brands you actually need.
Does every team member see every brand?
Not necessarily: access is governed by roles and brand assignment. See Team members and roles.
