How it is put together
- One client = one brand. Its own brief, voice, material, calendar, channels and analytics.
- One team, with controlled access. An editor sees only the brand they work on.
- Client approval by link. The client does not sign in: they open the link, read, respond.
- White-label reports and surfaces — on the Scale plan.
The typical agency workflow
New client: new brand
Create the brand and fill in the brief from the client's material. It is worth reading it through with the client — the brief is the basis of everything that follows.
Upload the client's material
Service description, pricing, case studies, earlier well-written copy. This is what decides how specific the content will be.
Connect the client's channels
Channel connections are not inherited: every brand needs the client's accounts authorised separately.
Set up the approval flow
An internal editorial round, then client review by link. That way the client's decision is documented.
Start Autopilot
Fortnightly or weekly — as much as the team can actually review. A daily rhythm is rarely sustainable in the first month.
White-label output
On the Scale plan your own branding appears on the supported client-facing surfaces and reports. Two things are worth knowing: first, this is a Scale capability, so on smaller plans the client sees the Pagioo interface; second, the one-off SEO/GEO research bought as a guest does not fall under it — that gives the standard Pagioo report.
Can my client see my other clients' data?
No. Brands are separated, and a review link opens one piece of content, not your account.
Can a brand be handed over to the client when the engagement ends?
Content can be exported, and published articles stay where they were published. For account-level brand transfer, get in touch — we handle that case by case.
Should I open a separate Pagioo account per client?
Usually not: several brands in one account is simpler to manage, bills once, and lets you control team access in one place.
