Signing up and your first login

Creating an account, confirming your email, the onboarding flow, and what happens after the first login.

Short answer

You create a Pagioo account at app.pagioo.com/register with an email address and password, or with a Google account — no card, on the Free plan. After signing up you confirm your email address, and a short onboarding flow walks you through the brand basics. After the first login Pagioo takes you to the Dashboard, and from then on it always offers you the next step.

Creating the account

  1. Open the signup page

Go to app.pagioo.com/register. The marketing site is pagioo.com; the application lives at app.pagioo.com, and that is always where you sign in.

  2. Choose how to sign in

You can register with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Google is simpler in that there is no new password to invent and no confirmation email to wait for.

  3. Confirm your email address

With an email signup you get a confirmation message. Until you click it the account works, but certain things — email notifications among them — do not start. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and request it again from the banner after signing in.

  4. Give the brand basics

The onboarding flow records in a few questions what your brand is about, who it speaks to, and in what tone. You can change all of it later on the Brief page.

What you find after signing in

The left-hand menu follows the whole process. The main entries:

Menu entryWhat it is for
DashboardAn overview and the suggested next step.
BriefThe brand profile: audience, offer, tone, phrases to avoid. It only stays in the menu until the brief is approved — after that it disappears, because it is done.
ReadinessWhat is still missing for good content. Shown only while something is outstanding, with the remaining count next to it.
StudioWhere content is made — research, plan, run, Autopilot — and where the list of finished articles and posts lives. There is no separate "Content" entry: the two are the same place.
Source materialYour uploaded documents, images and video.
CalendarScheduling and a chronological overview.
ApprovalsWhat is waiting for a decision. Shown only to people who can approve.
PublishingWhat went out, what did not, and why.

If you cannot sign in

  • Forgotten password: use the "Forgotten password" link on the sign-in screen to request a new one by email.
  • You registered with Google but are trying a password: use the same method the account was created with.
  • Two-factor authentication: if you enabled it, you also enter a one-time code after the password. See: Account and security.
  • No email arriving: check spam, and whether a corporate filter is catching it. If nothing has arrived after an hour, get in touch.

Can I create several accounts with one email address?

No. One email address belongs to one account. To manage several brands you do not need a second account — see Managing several brands.

Will I be moved to a paid plan after a trial?

No. The Free plan is not an expiring trial but a 0 € plan: nothing is charged until you choose to switch.

I was invited to a team. Do I still need to register?

You set up your own sign-in through the link in the invitation email. No new organisation is created: you get access to the same brand with the role you were given.
