How to use it for decisions
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| One topic area consistently performs better. | There is genuine interest in the subject. | Widen it among the brief's topic areas and plan more content for it. |
| A channel brings almost no feedback. | Either your audience is not there, or it is not getting the right format. | Before abandoning the channel, try a different format. If that fails too, put the energy where there is an effect. |
| Many failed publishes. | Not a content problem: a connection fault. | Review the Integrations page and the error causes on Publishing status. |
| Much produced, little published. | Content gets made but does not get out. | The bottleneck is approval or scheduling — not production. Intervene there. |
Why does Pagioo's figure differ from Facebook's or Google Analytics'?
Because the measurement method, the moment and the definition all differ. Platforms themselves report different numbers for the same post. Pagioo's figures are good for comparing trends, not as a substitute for a platform's official numbers.
Is analytics available on the Free plan?
The publishing overview is. Advanced analytics is on Growth and Scale.
Can I export the data?
On the Scale plan it can be built into your own reporting with the public API — see Public API and webhooks.
