Analytics and measurement

What we measure, and what we do not

The limits of measurement stated plainly: what Pagioo sees, what it does not, and what needs another tool.

Short answer

Pagioo measures what passes through its own system: what was produced, what went out, when, to which channel, and what the channel reported back. It does not measure your website's traffic, does not replace web analytics, and cannot tell you how many customers an article brought. Scores and research results are decision-support signals produced by Pagioo's own methodology — not official platform data or rankings.

What it measures

  • Content production — how much was produced, from what, when, at what credit cost.
  • Workflow — what is awaiting approval, what sits as a draft, how long the steps take.
  • Publishing — what went out, when, to which channel, with success or failure.
  • Channel feedback — what the supported channels report back about published content.

About the scores

Pagioo's SEO, GEO and composite scores are based on its own methodology and built for decision support. That has three consequences worth keeping in mind:

  1. Not official platform data. Not an assessment by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or any other provider.
  2. Not comparable with another tool. Another SEO tool's 70 points and Pagioo's 70 points are two different things.
  3. The number alone is not a result. Its change is the information: measured again later with the same method.

Can I plug Pagioo into Google Analytics?

Pagioo does not replace or modify your website's measurement. Traffic data for published articles comes from your own web analytics; you connect the two by hand, or through the API on the Scale plan. UTM parameters are the practical bridge.

Why does Pagioo not show conversions?

Because conversion happens in your systems — a form submission, an enquiry, a purchase — and Pagioo is not connected to them. That is work for web analytics and a CRM.

Does Pagioo guarantee results?

No. It automates producing and delivering content; the business result depends on the content's quality, your market and your whole process.
