How an article is produced

What goes into an article, how it is structured, what makes it good, and what must always be checked.

Short answer

An article is not a prompt fired once: Pagioo assembles the text from the brand brief, the brand voice, the selected source material and the topic's research output, then hands it over as an editable draft. The finished article is structured — title, opening, subheadings, lists, a close with a next step — and larger plans use a stronger AI model for it. Checking the factual claims is your job in every case.

What goes into an article?

  • The brand brief — who it speaks to, with what goal, in what tone, and what it may not say.
  • The brand voice — phrasing tuned to your own writing samples (Starter and up).
  • The source material chosen for the topic — this is what produces specifics instead of generalities.
  • The topic's research output — which question it answers and how people search for it.
  • Your earlier content — so it does not repeat itself, and so internal links make sense.

The structure of an article

A generated article is structured rather than one continuous block of prose — which matters for readability and for search alike:

  1. Title — Pagioo can offer several title variants, so not every article of yours opens with the same pattern.
  2. Opening — the question, and why it is worth reading on.
  3. A body split by subheadings — question-shaped headings, so the structure itself answers something.
  4. Lists and tables — where the content calls for them, not as decoration.
  5. Close — a summary and a concrete next step, following the communication goal in your brief.
  6. Metadata — title and description for search, plus alt text for the images.

What must always be checked?

  • Numbers and dates — deadlines, key figures, percentages.
  • Legal and professional references — does it exist, and does it say that.
  • Your own data — your prices, your services, your client names.
  • Promises — does it commit you to something you cannot deliver.
  • The first paragraph — it decides whether anyone reads on at all.

When the article is not good

What is wrong? The real causeWhat to do
Generic, could be about anyone.A thin brief, or no source material.Fill in the brief and upload material. Regenerating alone will not help.
Not your voice. No brand-voice samples given.Supply two or three of your own writing samples, and make corrections inside Pagioo.
One or two paragraphs are off.Normal: that is what a draft is.Ask the Writing assistant for a rewrite — cheaper than regenerating.
Not about what you asked for.The topic description was too terse.Supply your own topic with a detailed description, and pin source material to it.

How long an article does it write?

The topic and the requested format decide. Length is not a goal in itself: Pagioo does not pad text to reach a character count.

Is the content unique, or could the same text appear elsewhere?

The text is produced from your brief and your material, so it does not come from a stored bank of articles. The exact wording differs on every run.

How many credits does an article use?

The article body is 1 credit; an image adds 5 credits. You see the precise estimate before the run starts.

Can it link between my own articles?

The system takes your earlier content into account, and you can insert links yourself in the editor. Before publishing it is worth checking that the linked URL is live.
