Bulk actions on the content list

Selecting several pieces and handling them together: archiving, trash, restoring, filling in missing posts.

Short answer

The checkboxes at the start of each row in the Studio's content list let you select several pieces and act on them at once — archive, trash, restore, or produce the missing social posts. This is the feature that turns the tidy-up after a larger run from minutes into seconds; once you select something, a bar appears with the available actions.

How it works

  1. Narrow the list first

The title search, the type and channel filters and the date range help so only what you want to work on is listed. That makes the selection more accurate too.

  2. Select the rows

With the checkboxes at the start of each row. Once something is selected, the action bar appears with the count.

  3. Choose the action

Archive, move to trash, restore — or produce the missing social posts for the selected articles.

  4. Check the result

Afterwards the interface reports how many items were affected. For deletion-style actions it also offers a brief undo.

Filling in missing social posts

The most useful bulk action: select the articles that have no social content and produce the missing platform versions in one go. This is common when you did not ask for posts at the start of a run, or when you connected a new channel later.

Can a bulk action be undone?

For deletion-style actions the interface offers a brief undo, and trashed content can be restored from there. Generation cannot be undone: what was produced has already been paid for in credits.

Is there an upper limit on the selection?

After filtering, every visible item can be selected. For generation the real limit is your credit balance — the interface flags it if the job does not fit.

Does bulk archiving affect scheduling?

Yes: archived content does not go out from the calendar. After a tidy-up it is worth checking whether a hole has opened.
